LumiLead offers leadership development designed by women for women. Our leadership courses and workshops combine teaching, discussion and one-on-one coaching. This provides various opportunities to learn, grow and network with other like-minded women.

Our facilitators know what it’s like to be a woman in a leadership role. We’ve moved into management positions without training and support. We’ve lived through the challenges of balancing family and work. We’ve experienced microaggressions and discrimination. We have also sought to educate ourselves about what effective leadership looks like and how to develop the skills to become one.

LumiLead offers a variety of workshops and resources to support women throughout their leadership journey.
