 The Lighthouse Leadership Program

During this12-week program you will:​

  • Enhance your self-awareness and build Emotional Intelligence to drive business results

  • Gain confidence as a leader, tackling self-doubt and imposter syndrome

  • Learn how to engage your employees through trusting relationships, effective communication, and coaching

  • Work effectively within your organization to influence change and deliver results

  • Build your authentic leadership brand and walk away with a personal leadership manifesto we call your Leadership Lighthouse

  • Network, learn and grow with like-minded women from various industries

  • 12 weekly 2-hour interactive workshops where we cover a wide variety of topics with plenty of opportunity for discussion and reflection

    • While we encourage everyone to participate live (we learn from each other and the great conversations we have during this time), we know life happens, so we record each session so you can catch up if you need to miss one.

    • We keep our cohorts small enough, so everyone has an opportunity to feel seen, heard and understood - that means you get to bring your experiences and challenges to the group.

    • We’re big believers of leveraging the wisdom in the room. We know a lot about leadership but we don’t have all the answers and each of our participants brings valuable insight and experience to the group.

    • In these sessions you’ll learn a lot about leadership, create a community of women who support each other and grow as a leader

  • The EQi 2.0 Leadership Assessment (Value $500)

    • Research shows that emotional intelligence is essential for navigating interpersonal relationships, making balanced, effective decisions, leading through change and uncertainty, building trust and driving team engagement.

    • You can learn a lot in a group, but you can really dig into the things that are important to you and your situation in these confidential sessions.

    • You will gain deeper insights into your leadership style, strengths, and areas for growth.

    • Our coaches take your confidentiality seriously, so you have a safe space to talk about the things that are meaningful to you.
